The lawsuit, filed September 24, is against the alleged killer Leslie Highstreet, Pensacola restaurants Calverts in the Heights and Mugs N’ Jugs, and the Pace restaurant Cosse’s Place. All three establishments mentioned in the suit serve alcohol.
Per court-filed complaint, the plaintiffs, Kukuk’s parents, are suing for an amount over $100,000 and are demanding a jury trial. Four summonses are listed in the file, though the documents cannot yet be viewed by the public.
