Head on collision leaves two seriously injured

A head on collision leaves man and child in serious condition.

A 56-year-old Milton man was driving westbound on Highway 90 at around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 15, when he lost control of his SUV. The vehicle traveled across the center median and caused a head-on collision with a car traveling eastbound. The car was driven by a 45-year-old male from Milton with two children in the car, ages 7 and 3.

The driver of the SUV had minor injuries and was transported to West Florida Hospital. The driver of the car sustained serious injuries and was also transported to West Florida Hospital and then Sacred Heart in Pensacola. The 3-year-old also had serious injuries and was transported to Sacred Children’s Hospital. The 7-year-old had minor injuries.

The accident occurred near Bostic Lane on Highway 90.
