BISSELL Pet Foundation hosting its Spring National Empty the Shelters adoption event
Santa Rosa County Animal Services is one of 26 animal shelters across the state of Florida participating in BISSELL Pet Foundation’s Spring National Empty the Shelters reduced fee adoption event. Empty the Shelters is the nation’s largest funded adoption event.
