A 911 call for the crash, which involved two semi-trucks, came in around 2:10 a.m. Lifeguard Ambulance Service, Allentown Fire Department, Whiting Field Fire, Skyline Fire Department, and Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office responded to the crash.
In addition to the fatality, another person involved was transported to a local hospital. Shortly after the crash, the roadway was closed and reopened some time later.
