Santa Rosa County will have to rework plans for infrastructure improvements
On Nov. 5 the citizens of Santa Rosa County voted no to the one cent sales tax. Now the county will have to find new funding opportunities for improvements to county roads, what was believed to be a top issue among voters when the penny sales tax was proposed.
