The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release that on Oct. 2 Andres Eugene Harlee, 16, and Anthony Eugene Harlee Jr, 18, killed a victim who was not identified.

Escambia County deputies responded to the 3300 block of Fairfield Drive for a shots-fired disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies located a male in the driveway with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he died.

The investigation revealed that Harlee (16) and Harlee Jr (18), followed the victim to his home after they had been in a minor car accident with the victim. They parked a white Jeep SUV in front of the victim’s driveway and exited the vehicle. A disagreement then led to the brothers shooting multiple rounds at the victim, according to the press release. They fled the area in the white Jeep SUV.

The brothers allegedly burned the clothes they were wearing and attempted to burn gun magazines.

They were located at their home in Santa Rosa County on the 5600 block of Michael Drive.

They were arrested for homicide and tampering with evidence.
