Santa Rosa County hopes to win Peanut Butter Challenge for the fifth year in a row

Since 2020, Santa Rosa County has donated the most jars in the Peanut Butter Challenge. This year the county hopes to win again for the fifth year in a row.

University of Florida and Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (UF/IFAS) Extension offices started the initiative in 2012 as a statewide effort to fight hunger. The participating extension offices have a friendly competition for bragging rights of the most jars donated.
