What’s going there? Update on development around Pace, Milton

In the months and years ahead, northern Santa Rosa County will have new restaurants and businesses. There’s so much development going on that it can be hard to keep up.

Santa Rosa County is estimated to have reached 200,000 residents earlier this year, according to U.S. Census numbers, and Milton is now over 10,000 residents.

Sky’s Pizza Pie has announced it’ll open at the end of July or early August. It’s located on Woodbine Road.
