The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will conduct a Sale of Surplus Property by Sealed Bid for the sale of Vacant Land on Tuesday November 19, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. The property ID’s are 06-2S-26-0000-00305-0000 and 06-2S-26-0000-01000-0000, and are located on SR 87 in Navarre, Santa Rosa County, FL. The bid opening will be held at the Florida Department of Transportation District Three Right of Way Office located at 1074 Hwy 90, Chipley, FL 32428. The bid opening is a public event and is available for participation to anyone. Bidders do not have to be present to participate. The successful bidder must be prepared to place a non-refundable deposit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid price within 24 hours of notification of award of bid, in the form of cashier’s check, money order or other non-cancelable instrument.
The minimum acceptable bid is $120,950 which has been established by an approved appraisal. The conveyance for this property will be by Quit Claim Deed, with oil, gas and mineral rights reserved. Buyer will be required to pay all closing cost associated with this transaction, documentary stamps and recording fees.

The Community Redevelopment Agency will meet at 5:30 p.m., the City of Milton’s City Council will meet in the Executive Session and as the Board of Directors of Sundial Utilities at 5:45 p.m., and The City of Milton’s City Council will meet for a Work Session at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 17, 2024, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 6738 Dixon Street.
