ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702 WILL BE FOREVER BARRED. NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT’S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.

In the State of Florida, Santa Rosa County, a Sheriff’s officer verified an abandoned vehicle on 05/16/2024. The vehicle owned by Al McEarchern of 6040 Bayou Rd, Mobile AL 36605 has accrued parking fees totaling over $6,000, for a 1985 Mazda RX-7 GS 2 door coupe.
This vehicle can be claimed by the owner for the parking fees incurred. The owner will need to pay in full the parking fees.
