NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 22, 2024 in Civil Case No. 2023 CA 00751, of the Circuit Court of the FIRST Judicial Circuit in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida, wherein, CITIZENS BANK NA F/K/A RBS CITIZENS NA is the Plaintiff, and ANN J SILVER AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE JOINT AGREEMENT OF RUSSELL E. SILVER; ANN J. SILVER; GRANDPOINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
