Rudman files utilities bill, says updates are coming
State Rep. Dr. Joel Rudman on Friday filed House Bill 1485, which would create the North Santa Rosa County Utilities Authority, without changes to the original draft. But changes are coming, he said in a Facebook video posted Sunday.
