Milton passes 2023 millage rate, budget at brief special meeting
In what must be among its shortest-ever meetings, the Milton City Council approved its millage rate and budget for Fiscal Year 2023 and an ordinance adjusting city employees’ pay schedule in less than nine minutes last week – including an invocation and recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance.
