In the incident, a victim, later identified as Joseph Liebe, 24, was shot while driving and subsequently crashes into the nearby woods, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
The Sheriff’s Office said there were no other victims as a result of the crash. Detectives have identified a suspect and are actively working to locate and apprehend them.
