Request for Proposals
Lease of Tower Space

Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is calling for and requesting proposals for the lease of tower space to a qualified respondent that is a federally licensed communications company established to own, install and operate wireless communications equipment upon property owned by the County and located at 5755 East Milton Rd. Milton, FL. 32570 and/or 11550 Munson Hwy. Milton, FL. 32570.

All proposals must be in writing and delivered by hand, overnight courier service, or U.S. Mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite M, Milton, Florida 32570, and must be received by 10:00 a.m. on June 16, 2022, at which time will be publicly opened. Only submittals received by the afore stated time and date will be considered. E-mailed proposal responses will be rejected. All bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled, “RFP 22-036 Lease of Tower Space”. Please provide the original proposal, labeled “ORIGINAL”, and five (5) copies labeled “COPY” along with one (1) electronic file in OCR (readable) PDF format.
