NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The administration of the estate of LEM ROGER SOLES, deceased, whose date of death was February 26, 2022, is pending in the Circuit Court for Santa Rosa County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Santa County Courthouse, Milton, Florida. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative’s attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT’S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.

Notice to Bidders
Landfill Maintenance Facility Design/Build

Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is requesting qualifications and proposals from experienced design-build teams for the delivery and furnishing of all necessary materials, labor, equipment and professional services for the design and construction of the Santa Rosa County Landfill Maintenance Facility Design/Build project.

All responses must be in writing and delivered by hand, overnight courier service, or U.S. Mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite M, Milton, Florida 32570, and must be received by 10:00 a.m. on June 28, 2022, at which time will be publicly opened. Only responses received by the afore stated time and date will be considered. E-mailed responses will be rejected. All bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled, “RFQ 22-035 Landfill Maintenance Facility Design/Build”. Please provide the original, labeled “ORIGINAL”, and five (5) copies labeled “COPY” along with one (1) electronic file in OCR (readable) PDF format.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 7, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Santa Rosa County Landfill Administrative building (back of landfill – 6337 Da Lisa Rd, Milton, FL 32583). All interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend.
Specifications may be secured by download from the Santa Rosa County Website: www.santarosa.fl.gov/391/Procurement-Office “Bid Opportunities”. Questions concerning this request should be directed to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Office in writing at bidinfo@santarosa.fl.gov prior to 12:00 p.m. on June 14, 2022.
