NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, Florida, on the 28th day of June, 2024, in the cause wherein Sharron Chasteen Plaintiff, and David S. Chasteen Defendant, being case number 50-2020-DR-004182, in said Court, I Bob Johnson as Sheriff of Santa Rosa County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the Defendant, David S. Chasteen in and to the following described real property located in Santa Rosa County Florida, to wit:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the East Half (E 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 35 Township 1 North, Range 28 West, thence South 1892.7 feet, thence East 675 feet, thence South 21 degrees East 8 feet, thence South 65 degrees 35 minutes East 310 feet to Black Water Way to point of beginning, thence North 65 degrees 35 minutes West 310 feet, thence South 2 degrees 35 minutes East 112.23 feet, thence South 65 degrees 35 minutes East 319 feet to Black Water Bay, thence Northerly with said Bay to point of beginning. Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record and taxes for the current year and subsequent years.
All bidders must have Driver’s License or Valid Florida ID with them and must register with clerk at location of sale prior to start time of sale.
I shall offer this property for sale at the east front door of the Santa Rosa Criminal Justice Facility, 5755 East Milton Rd, Milton, Florida, Santa Rosa County, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of October, 2024, or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said Defendant’s David S. Chasteen, right, title, and interest in the aforesaid real property, at public auction and will sell the same, subject to all taxes, prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND.
