LEGAL NOTICE

Notice to Bidders
Elkhart Sidewalk Project

Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the construction of approximately 2500 linear feet of new sidewalk along one side of Fairmont Street and one side of Federal Street from Edgewood Drive to Elkhart Drive. The project will also include sidewalk on one side of Elkhart Drive from Fairmont Street to Federal Street.

All bids must be in writing and delivered by hand, overnight courier service, or U.S. Mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite M, Milton, Florida 32570, and must be received by April 1, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at which time will be publicly opened. Only bids received by the afore stated time and date will be considered. E-mailed proposal responses will be rejected. All bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled, “ITB 22-021 Elkhart Sidewalk Project”. Please provide the original proposal, labeled “ORIGINAL”, and one (1) electronic file in OCR (readable) PDF format.

Specifications may be secured by download from the Santa Rosa County Website: www.santarosa.fl.gov/391/Procurement-Office “Bid Opportunities”. Questions concerning this request should be directed to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Office in writing at bidinfo@santarosa.fl.gov prior to 12:00 p.m. on March 17, 2022.
