ROLEY; NATOSHA D. ROLEY; and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Donald C. Spencer as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.santarosa.realforeclosee.com at 11:00 A.M. (Central Time) on the 24th day of October, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A portion of Lot 17, Block E, Highlands Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book C at Page 35 of the Public Rec-ords of Santa Rosa County, Florida; being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Northwest corner of Lot 17, Block E, Highlands Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book C at Page 35 of the Public Records of Santa Rosa County, Florida; thence go North 88 degrees 32` 49" East along the North line of said Lot 17, a distance of 168.36 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 17; thence go South 17 degrees 12` 24" West along the Easterly line of said Lot 17 a distance of 165.99 feet; thence go North 85 de-grees 30` 13" West a distance of 149.96 feet to the Easterly right of way line of Persimmon Lane (60` R/W), thence go North 12 degrees 00` 00" East along the Easterly right of way line a distance 145.72 feet to the point of beginning. The above described parcel of land is situated in Section 6, Township 1 North, Range 28 West, Santa Rosa County, Florida.
