AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MILTON, FLORIDA, TO AMEND PART 1, SUBPART A, ARTICLE IV, SECTION 4-1, OF THE CITY OF MILTON MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE CITY CLERK.
