Notice is given that Environmental Resource permit number IND-113-309937-3 was
issued on March 31, 2025 to Garden Street Communities Southeast, LLC for the
construction of a new surface water management system Parkland Place Wetland
Crossing and Conceptual Future Phases. The project is located at Berryhill Road, Santa Rosa County. The application file is available online and can be accessed through the District’s e-Permitting
Portal at: https://permitting.sjrwmd.com/nwepermitting/jsp/Search.do?theAction=PermitNumSearch.If you

contact us at (850) 951-4660. A person whose substantial interests are affected by the District permitting decision may petition
for an administrative hearing in accordance with Sections 120. 569 and 120. 57, Florida Statutes, or may choose to pursue mediation as an alternative remedy under Section 120. 573, Florida
Statutes, and Rules 28-106. 111 and 28-106. 401-404, Florida Administrative Code. Petitions must comply with the requirements of Florida Administrative Code, Chapter 28-106 and be filed with (received by) the District Clerk located at District Headquarters, 81 Water Management Drive, Havana, FL 32333-4712.
