To Defendants FABIAN INVIDIATO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FABIAN INVIDIATO n/k/a Yasna Invidiato, GOODLEAP, LLC, and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 10, 2024, in Case No.: 57-2024-CA-000167 in the Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff, and FABIAN INVIDIATO et al., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Santa Rosa County:
Lot 4, Block 2, Lakewood Manor No. 4, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded at Plat Book B, Page 76, in the Public Records of Santa Rosa County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on November 14, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. CST (12:00 p.m. EST) to the highest and best bidder online at www.santarosa.realforeclose.com in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
