NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 31, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-000794 of the Circuit Court of the FIRST Judicial Circuit in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Trustee of LSF9 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and KAZIMIERA M. SPERZYNSKA A/K/A KAZIMIERA M. SPERTZYNSKI, MAREK K. SPERZYNSKI A/K/AA MAREK K. SPERZYNSKA, and HOLLEY BY THE SEA IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC, the Defendants. Donald C. Spencer, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.santarosa.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 11:00 AM CENTRAL on July 2, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:

If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s Attorney.
