NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 30th day of December 2021, and entered in Case No. 2018-838-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 1ST Judicial Circuit in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC5 is the Plaintiff and SONYA D. DOBBS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SONYA D. DOBBS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR DECISION ONE MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants.
