Notice to Bidders
Traffic Signal at CR 191 Willard Norris Rd and Pine Blossom Rd
Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from licensed contractors for the installation of a new traffic signal at the unsignalized intersection of Willard Norris Road and Pine Blossom Road in Milton, Florida.
All bids must be in writing and delivered by hand, overnight courier service, or U.S. Mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite M, Milton, Florida 32570, and must be received by 10:00 a.m. on October 6, 2022 at which time will be publicly opened. Only bids received by the afore stated time and date will be considered. E-mailed proposal responses will be rejected. All bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled, “ITB 22-052 Traffic Signal Willard Norris Rd & Pine Blossom Rd”. Please provide the original proposal, labeled “ORIGINAL”, and one (1) electronic file in OCR (readable) PDF format.
