Jubilee to reapply for zoning changes, CDD

Santa Rosa County rejected Jubilee in September, but its developers are determined to try again beginning later this month. “I don’t think people really understood what we’re proposing,” Ron Reeser, owner of The Eagle Group LLC, said Monday, May 1, before a meeting with area residents at the Pace Community Center. “They’re concerned about flooding, and they’re concerned about traffic. We need to show them how our plan will help the county address those issues, not just in Jubilee, but in the surrounding area.”
Bob Smith of Smith Planning Group LLC, a land planning, civil engineering and landscape architecture firm in Watkinsville, Ga., explains to Pace residents how Santa Rosa County would benefit from The Eagle Group’s proposed Jubilee development.
