Investors plan to build Milton Gateway on Caroline Street

Milton Gateway investors aren’t worried about U.S. Highway 90 widening.

Atalanta Investment Properties LLC and Kearing LLC own 6776 and 6780 Caroline Street, respectively, and plan to develop the buildings as a joint project to create as many as seven new retail spaces.

Investors are seeking a $20,000 business improvement grant from the City of Milton for façade improvements to the buildings at 6776 and 6780 Caroline Street.
