Windermere LLC, a private investment company based in Milton, bid $660,000 to buy the former state hospital at 5500 Stewart Street opposite Milton High School. The City of Milton bid $600,000 for the property, with the college pledging to pay $100,000 of the city’s bid in exchange for use of the facilities as its headquarters.
