Businesswoman demands mayor recant email statements
A barrage of emails sent by Milton Mayor Heather Lindsay to City Manager Scott Collins on Dec. 30 infuriated some city councilors. Now a Pace businesswoman is hinting at legal action against Lindsay and the city for remarks Lindsay made about her in one of those emails.
Pace realtor Melissa Simpson returns to her seat after demanding during a Milton City Council meeting last week that Mayor Heather Lindsay publicly recant statements Lindsay made in an email about Simpson and a client.
