FPL surprises Pace family with holiday decorations
At first, Robert Ballard wasn’t sure what to think when he saw people milling around in the street near his home in Pace. Ballard, his wife and two children were just arriving home Dec. 1 on a chilly evening near sundown.
Heath Marshall, an FP&L journeyman line technician 2, gets a lift from a bucket truck to hang a wreath above the Ballard family’s garage.
