Two NAS Pensacola students arrested in Pace

Connor Kremers and David Hunter, both students assigned to Naval Air Technical Training Center at NAS Pensacola, were accused of entering the fenced private business while wearing masks and hoods. Video footage captured the two moving through buildings and entering an employee break room, where one of the men took a drink from a refrigerator, the report states

When deputies arrived, the two fled on foot before being detained following verbal commands.

Both were booked at the Santa Rosa County Jail on charges of burglary of an unoccupied structure unarmed, petty theft, resisting an officer without violence, and wearing a hood or mask on property of another.

“The U.S. Navy is aware of the recent arrest of two Sailors who are assigned to Naval Air Technical Training Center,” NAS Pensacola said in a statement to the Santa Rosa Press Gazette. “We can confirm they are students in the naval aviation community.”

No court appearance dates were listed in the report.
