The Santa Rosa Branch of the NAACP will hold a town hall meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 5, at the Citizen’s Moving Forward Event Center, 6151 Dogwood Drive in Milton. Members and non-members are invited to attend a presentation by Santa Rosa Emergency Management.
