PROPOSED REVISIONS TO THE HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN AND ADMISSIONS AND CONTINUED OCCUPANCY POLICY (ACOP) AND PUBLIC HOUSING LEASE

Public Hearing Date: December 3, 2026, 1 pm
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Milton Housing Authority has prepared proposed revisions and updates to its Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan and the Public Housing Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) in accordance with U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations, including updated policies under the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA). Reviewing the Draft Documents
Copies of the proposed changes to the Admin Plan and ACOP will be available for public review starting October 15 at the following location: • Main Office: 5668 Byrom Street between the hours of 7 am-Noon and 1 pm-3 pm Monday-Thursday
Submitting Comments
