Notice is hereby given that Jason D. English, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Santa Rosa County
Florida, will on the 10th day of November 2026, at 11:00 o'clock A.M. (Central Standard Time),
at http://www.santarosa.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, offer for
sale and sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property
situated in Santa Rosa County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 25 and the East 1/2 of Lot 26, Block 3, Oriole Beach, a subdivision of a
portion of Section 31, Township 2 South, Range 28 West, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book A, Page 36, of the Public Records of Santa Rosa
County, Florida.

pursuant to the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the
style of which is Deer Point Construction Company, Inc. v. Vinson Williams aka Vinson Thomas
Williams and Justin Murie, and the case number of which is number 2026 CA 000486.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property
owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
