NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 25000779CA of the Circuit Court of the 1st Judicial Circuit in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida, wherein VANDERBILT MORTGAGE AND FINANCE, INC is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES OR OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES CLAIMING BY OR THROUGH THE ESTATE OF DOROTHY A. RIVERS, DECEASED; ODIS IRA WALDING; JEREMY SHERMAN RIVERS; DIVIDEND SOLAR FINANCE, LLC, are Defendants.
I, JASON D. ENGLISH, the clerk of court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.santarosa.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. (central time) on October 21, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
