Notice to Bidders
Sound Hammock Drainage Improvements
Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from qualified, licensed, and fully insured General Contractor or Underground Contractors for drainage improvements within the Sound Hammock Subdivision in Navarre Florida on Turkey Oak Drive, south of Navarre Parkway (US 98). The project is for the rehabilitation of an existing dry stormwater retention pond (Pond 2) that was originally constructed in 1999. The project also includes the construction of a sheet pile wall to project existing structures. This project is subject to reimbursement by FEMA due to damage sustained during Hurricane Sally.
All bids must be in writing and delivered by hand, overnight courier service, or U.S. Mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Suite M, Milton, Florida 32570, and must be received by 10:00 A.M. on May 23, 2022 at which time will be publicly opened. Only bids received by the afore stated time and date will be considered. E-mailed proposal responses will be rejected. All bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled, “ITB 22-025 Sound Hammock Drainage Improvements.” Please provide the original proposal, labeled “ORIGINAL” and one (1) electronic file in OCR (readable) PDF format.
