NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 10, 2021, entered in Case No: 2020-CA-514 of the Circuit Court in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida, wherein STEVEN M. LOWE AKA STEVEN M. PEACOCK; DOYCE MATHEW PEACOCK; and UNKNOWN TENANT, are the Defendants, that Donald C. Spencer, the Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on February 15, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. (CST), by electronic sale at www.santarosa.realforeclose.com on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
