AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MILTON, FLORIDA, REVISING THE MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CITY’S COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT BOARD; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
