NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2023, and an Order Granting Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated September 8, 2023, in Case No. 21-CA-000048 in the Circuit Court in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida wherein K.W. Kirk is Plaintiff and the Estate of Russell Scott Hullett, Sally Hullett and the Unknown Heirs of Russell Scott Hullett are Defendants, that Donald C. Spencer, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://santarosa.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 am (Central) on October 12, 2023, the property lying in Santa Rosa County, Florida more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 4, Township 5 North, Range 29 West, Santa Rosa County, Florida, thence North along an extension of the East line of said Section 536.10 feet, thence North 83°27'East a distance of 225.91 feet, thence North 11 °59'West a distance of 486.52 feet, thence North 20°42'West a distance of 63.45 feet, thence North 59°21 'West a distance of 637.44 feet to Point of Beginning, thence continue North 59°21 'West a distance of208.72 feet, thence North 34°19'East a distance of 313.08 feet, thence South 59°21 'East a distance of 208.72 feet, thence South 34°19'West a distance of 313.08 feet to the Point of Beginning, less the Easterly 100.00 feet thereof, lying and being in Section 27, Township 6 North, Range 29 West, Santa Rosa County, Florida.
