NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2023, and an Order Granting Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated September 8, 2023, in Case No. 21-CA-000048 in the Circuit Court in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida wherein K.W. Kirk is Plaintiff and the Estate of Russell Scott Hullett, Sally Hullett and the Unknown Heirs of Russell Scott Hullett are Defendants, that Donald C. Spencer, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://santarosa.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 am (Central) on October 12, 2023, the property lying in Santa Rosa County, Florida more fully described as follows:
