In this cause it appearing to me from the bill filed herein which is sworn to, that the Defendant is a resident of the State of Florida, whose place of residence is unknown and cannot be ascertained after diligent search so that the ordinary process of law cannot be served on said Defendant. It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said Defendant be required to appear before the Lauderdale County Chancery Court, whose address is 100 Courthouse, Ripley, Tennessee, 38063 for Default Judgement within (30) days after the date of the last publication of this notice. If you fail to do so, judgment by default shall be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. It is further ordered that this notice be published in The Santa Rosa’s Press Gazette a newspaper printed in Santa Rosa County, Florida for four consecutive weeks, requiring the Defendant to so appear.
