NOTICE OF AGENCY ACTION BY
THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Notice is hereby provided that the Florida Department of Environmental Protection has approved a Modification (File No. 0354059-003-EM/57) to the Environmental Resource Permit for the project submitted by Katherine Burke of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, 1875 Orange Avenue East, Tallahassee, FL 32311 (Applicant) originally authorized under File No. 0354059-002-EM/57 and Permit No. 0354059-001-EI/57. The proposed project is the Escribano Point Wildlife Management Area Hydrologic Restoration Modification construction located in Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 27 West in Santa Rosa County at 30˚33’58.2582“N Lat /87˚1’39.7194”W Long (30.566183˚N/ -87.027700˚W).

The Department's proposed agency action shall become final unless a timely petition for an administrative hearing is filed. A request or petition for administrative hearing must comply with the requirements set forth in Chapter 28-106, F.A.C.A. A petition for administrative hearing is deemed filed upon receipt of the complete petition by the Department’s Agency Clerk in the Office of General Counsel of the Department at 3900 Commonwealth Boulevard, Mail Station 35, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-3000 during normal business hours, which are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays. Filings with the Department Agency Clerk may be sent by mail or by hand-delivery to the address above, or by electronic correspondence addressed to Agency_Clerk@dep.state.fl.us. A copy of the petition must be mailed to the Applicant at the address indicated above at the time of filing.
