NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7, 2023 and entered in case no: 2023-CC-000632, of the County Court in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida, wherein HOLLEY BY THE SEA IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and NICOLE M. COLONEL, et al., is the Defendant(s), the Office of Donald C. Spencer, Santa Rosa County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.santarosa.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. CST on November 9, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block 25, Second Corrected and Amended Plat of Holley by the Sea, according to Plat thereof recorded in plat Book C, at Page 183 of the public Records of Santa Rosa County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the foreclosure sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
