NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 21, 2024 and entered in Case No. 23000457CAMXAX, of the Circuit Court of the 1st Judicial Circuit in and for SANTA ROSA County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF GILBERT R. HOLLINGER, III, DECEASED; FLORENCE HOLLINGER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. DONALD C.
