PUBLIC NOTICE
In cooperation with the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), the City of Milton prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the proposed Natural Gas Distribution Infrastructure Project that will replace an estimated 4.38 miles of vulnerable cast iron and 3.13 miles of vulnerable steel natural gas mains within its distribution system in City of Milton, Milton and Pace, Santa Rosa County, Florida. PHMSA has issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the project, which completes the National Environmental Policy Act process. The FONSI is available to review on the web at https://www.phmsa.dot.gov/about-phmsa/working-phmsa/grants/pipeline/tier-2-site-specific-environmental-documents and can be reviewed at City Hall located at 6738 Dixon Street, Milton, Florida.
