NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice Date: October 30, 2024
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on December 17, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the
Authority's Central Office to solicit public comment on various agency planning documents for the Milton
Housing Authority. The plans being reviewed are required to be prepared and presented for public
comment by the U. S. Department of HUD under various programs. The Authority is seeking public
comment on the following plans:
FY2025 - FY2029 Five-Year Agency Plan
FY2025 Annual Agency Plan
FY2025 - FY2029 Capital Fund Program Five-Year Plan
FY2025 Capital Fund Program Annual Statement
The above plans will be available for review over the next 45 days at the Authority's Central Office located

Milton, Florida 32570-3827
Comments may be submitted in person at the Public Hearing or in writing to the above address. Written
