Notice of Final Agency Action Taken by the Northwest Florida Water Management District Notice is given that Environmental Resource permit number IND-113-315362-1 was issued on June 19, 2024 to Shai D Lothan of Florida Ranch Development for the construction of a new surface water management system designed to serve an approximately 298-acre rural subdivision located on the west side of Morristown Road in Jay (Santa Rosa County). This development includes the construction of new roadways and a driveway connection to Morristown Road. The entire development (approximately 298 acres) will consist of less than 5 percent impervious surface (approximately 2. 33 acres) which appears to qualify for the criteria listed under Section 4. 11 of ERP Applicant's Handbook Volume II as a rural subdivision.
