AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS
STATE HOUSING INITIATIVES PARTNERSHIP (SHIP) PROGRAM
SANTA ROSA COUNTY
Santa Rosa County announces the availability of SHIP Program funds for State Fiscal Year 2025/2026 in the total amount of $1,454, 982. There is also $1,703,178 of Program Income received from FY 2024/2025. The purpose of the SHIP Program is to produce and preserve affordable housing. The activities provided through the SHIP Program and the amount of funds available in each activity are as follows:

NOTE: Residents residing within Santa Rosa County, including the city limits of Jay, Milton, and Gulf Breeze, are eligible to apply for SHIP assistance.
These activities were recommended for implementation by the Santa Rosa County SHIP Affordable Housing Advisory Committee and approved by the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners to produce and preserve affordable housing within the County. The application period will begin September 30, 2025, and end June 30, 2028, unless funds are depleted before the end date. Those persons interested in applying for housing assistance should contact the Santa Rosa County Housing Department at 850-981-7076.
