Please be advised that on the 13th Day of January, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., CST,
in the City Council meeting room at the City Hall at 6738 Dixon Street, in the City of Milton,
Florida there will be proposed for enactment an Ordinance whose title is as follows:
ORDINANCE NO. 16-25
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MILTON, FLORIDA, REVISING IN ITS ENTIRETY DIVISION 2 OF ARTICLE V OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE CITY OF MILTON’S CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO THE CITY’S PLANNING BOARD; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
