The mounting issue of “fly-dumping” on private property
Littering on someone else’s property has been coined as “fly-dumping.” It can be big or small, but it’s a nuisance most people would like to avoid. People will resort to this style of dumping for multiple reasons including not having garbage removal services, too much garbage to get rid of, and not wanting to pay for removal.
Despite HOA regulations by the Home owners association, residents still illegally dump bulk items by the residential trash containers. Two old mattresses left behind by dumpster create unsightly look.
