To mark the 25th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks, the city of Milton will host a remembrance ceremony at 6:45 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, at Jernigan’s Landing ahead of Bands on the Blackwater, the city announced Sept. 2.
